Zachary doolan
Zachary (Zak) Doolan is currently a Program Performance Analyst with the California Earthquake Authority (CEA). Prior to that, he has over thirteen years of P&C underwriting experience among multiple states. Zak earned his B.A. in Sociology from the University of North Florida and also earned the following insurance industry designations through The Institutes: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Personal Insurance (API).
Andrew Guaraglia
Andrew Guaraglia is the Director of Underwriting, Workers' Compensation for BETA Healthcare Group. He is responsible for the growth and performance of the Guaranteed Cost, Deductible and Self-Insured workers' compensation programs.
Andrew started his career in the casualty insurance industry in 2005 and has a proven history of driving profitability, growth and retention. Before joining BETA Healthcare Group, Andrew held many positions, including claims adjusting, personal lines underwriting, commercial lines underwriting, construction underwriting, surplus lines underwriting, governmental underwriting and sales management.
Andrew holds an undergraduate degree in Government from Sacramento State University. In addition, he has earned the following professional designations from The Institutes: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Commercial Underwriting - Management (AU-M), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Premium Auditing (APA) and Associate in Management (AIM).
Kayda Muckey
Kayda Muckey is a Sales Executive for a large Insurance Corporation. She earned her MBA in Finance in 2004 and went on to become a Personal Lines Underwriter in June of that year. She later joined her current employer in 2005 as an Underwriter and has held many roles including Marketing Specialist. She earned her CPCU designation in 2018. In her free time she enjoys traveling, skiing, biking with her family and walking her dog.
Teresa Roberts
Ms. Roberts is a Regional Claims Supervisor for PMA Companies in the West Region, overseeing a worker’s compensation claims team. Ms. Roberts has over eighteen years in the insurance industry, including ten years of experience adjusting California Workers’ Compensation claims. She has worked with a diverse range of large and small accounts in a wide variety of industries and has handled both insurance company claims as well as third party administer claims. Teresa holds a bachelor's degree from California State University Sacramento, and has earned several qualifications, including a California Self-Insurance Administrator’s Certificate, Associate degree in Risk Management (ARM), Associate degree in Claims (AIC), Associate in Claims Management (AIC-M), and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU).
